Return window for Qurexon orders: 30 days from delivery, subject to the eligibility rules on this page.

Requesting a return

Email lanellbuckler@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Postage for returns

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is our error (wrong/defective/incomplete). Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we caused the issue.

Return eligibility

• Item must be unused, clean, and in original packaging with all parts
• Items left outdoors and weathered after delivery are not eligible unless defective on arrival
• Proof of purchase (order number) required
• Final sale / clearance outdoor SKUs are not eligible

Non-returnable items

• Missing stakes, covers, or hardware kits
• Damage from improper anchoring or overload
• Weathered, rusted, or dirt-soiled goods after outdoor use
• Unauthorized returns
• Final-sale seasonal clearance

How returns work

2. Wait for written authorization.
3. Ship with tracking to the address we provide.

Include your order number in every message so we can locate the purchase quickly.

When refunds post

After inspection, approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Check weight limits, weather ratings, and footprint on the product page before buying outdoor equipment. Replacement or exchange requests are reviewed against available stock after we receive your email.
